Fapil : a network dedicated to housing for all

The Fédération des Associations et des Acteurs pour la Promotion et l’Insertion par le Logement (lit. Federation of Associations and other bodies For Social Inclusion through Housing), known as Fapil, is a french national network of local bodies / NGO aiming to implement the right to housing for all.

• easing access to housing and fostering tenancy security for the most vulnerable
• widening the range of solutions to the multiple demands
• increasing the supply
• involving the individuals into the research of solutions to their needs

Throughout reception and orientation of people in demand and personnal support, throughout adapted rental management of temporary or long term housing, throughout adapted estate production and intervention on decayed co-ownership buildings, Fapil members struggle for the equal access of all to fundamental rights, for social and urban diversity and against discriminations. ► Our values (French)

Fapil also sees itself as a « place » of exchange and shared reflexion, a « place » where know-how and tools are created in common. Therefore, Fapil organizes teaching sessions, forums, workshops and elaborates various documents.
